Managed the migration of an active forum to a new platform, ensuring the seamless transfer of all settings, user accounts, roles, permissions, and post history without disruption.
I brought together branding, UX/UI design, and development teams to deliver a dedicated iOS and Android app for Nigerian shippers.
Replaced a costly SaaS tool with a custom-built timesheet web app featuring project management, resource planning, and time-tracking modules. Together with the Team we also delivered a dedicated mobile version that let field teams log their hours offline - a critical requirement for the project.
Created a 3-month digital marketing strategy for social media, including content templates, post proposals, and a publishing schedule. The results spoke for themselves - the client's audience grew from 92 to 600 followers, and the campaign directly contributed to landing at least two new projects.
